C. J. Washington is a data scientist and novelist. He is the author of two novels and host of The Data & The Story.

His technical foundation includes a bachelor’s degree in biology from Emory University and a master’s degree in computer science from Georgia Tech.

He lives in Atlanta with his wife, daughter, dog, and Emma the Music Bot, a robot he built with his daughter.
